Add support for "display" format

Defining a class of formats which only applies on individual values and changes the way that values are shown (i.e. it can not change the order of values) but no effect on sort, groupby, ... functions. This is interesting for showing numbers with currency, or showing integers with comma separating every 3 digits, ...
