Role settings cut off

Whenever I am in the lobby the role settings on the side are cut off to the left of the screen so i cant fully see them. However, I can fix it by going windowed then back to fullscreen but when i open chat, open character customization, just come out of the game, or when i scroll through the settings. I am on Game Version 2021.6.30s TOUv2.2.1 and I don't know how to fix this permanently.
