Mutiny 1.5.0 released

I am pleased to announce the release of Mutiny 1.5.0!

• New features
  • UniCreate.future now supports timeouts
  • Multi now offers demand-capping and pacing operators (experimental)
  • Spies have been promoted to a stable API
• Bug fixes
  • The JPMS module descriptors have been updated to correctly reflect the module graph across the Mutiny dependencies
  • The BroadcastProcessor package was not exported in the JPMS descriptors
  • Misc fixes and improvements to the documentation/guides

As discussed earlier in the community (see #888) we will now shift our efforts toward the release of Mutiny 2.0.

Mutiny 2.0 will use Java 11 as its baseline, while we will continue supporting Java 8 in 1.x maintenance releases.
