BUG in SWB compiled between June and November, 2013.

We have discovered a rather serious bug in the SWB code that causes incorrect tabular values to be output when using INACTIVE CELLS. To be clear, the problem only affects results obtained when one or more gridcells are inactivated. Gridded outputs are not affected.

The problem affects output grid and table result values. Internal statistics calculations were made on the basis of the total number of gridcells rather than the number of active gridcells. This will cause the values of all SWB outputs to be biased low.

This bug was introduced with commit 919c057 (June 20, 2013), and fixed with commit 7aeddc (November 15, 2013).

The outputs may be corrected by multiplying by the ratio of the total number of gridcells to the number of active gridcells.
