INITIAL Goals

First task combine the CP/M VPD with the MOS VPD so Agon Light doesn't need to be flashed seperately for CP/M firmware
Create Boot Menu for MOS, BBC Basic and CP/M
Make FabGL graphics available to CP/M
Add terminals to terminal emulator e.g. DEC VT340, Televideo 950, etc
BBC Basic under CP/M - terminal edition
BBC Basic (Agon with graphics) running under CP/M
Microsoft Basic 80
