Compressing video notifications sticks around #47

When I send a video, with compression settings set to 360p or 720p, the video seems to get compressed properly, sent to the contact (they have confirmed that they received it and viewed it) but the notification sticks around after finishing. Closing the app does not remove the notification but force stoping it does.

Didn't have this issue on my old phone (Oneplus 9 running Lineage 18.?? (Android 11))
Now have Pixel 4 running Graphene (Android 13)
