It would be useful to be able to create an invite link where the username is already specified. So they get the normal onboarding flow, but not be able to edit the pre-selected username.

Use case: a company onboarding users where they don't want anyone choosing "cutesy" names or other but want to follow their own username setup.

Note this basically already exists and is how the password reset links work.
