LDAP Location Sync Not Working

I'm having trouble getting LDAP location to sync from our Okta account. Everything within LDAP is syncing properly such as titles, username, first and last name, etc. However, when I try different options for LDAP location it does not import. If I add the field within the actual location (Settings > Location) on field LDAP Search OU, I get the following error during the LDAP Sync:
Error: Could not search the LDAP server. Please check your LDAP server configuration in the LDAP config file.
Error from LDAP Server: Location: CT (ID: 3) cannot connect to "CT" - ldap_search(): Search: Invalid DN syntax
