Automatically feed YouTube Stream status into the monitor window.

This means that we can monitor the status of the YouTube streams ans simplify that information into a problem/no-problem call. This can then be given to the volunteers to report saving managers time.

Could be a Green/Red (Active/Error) symbol to report the YouTube stream status.
