Upon arrival at Hotel Floreal @ LA Roche, you need to check in at the - hotel to get your room. There is of course no fixed timeslot for this. The organisers of the conference wil be roaming - around in the lobby in case people get lost ;) But we have the whole hotel to ourselves so basically everyone you - encounter at the hotel is attending the conference and would be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
