Issue/Feature Description:
Release tagging is wrong it should be "v1.8.0" instead it is "1.8.0"
After tagging the release only the version update commit from 1.7.2 in config files was merged so in reality people using 1.8.0 will get only 1.7.2
Developer guide is missing some dependencies related to radoshttp which is causing the installation to fail (need fresh env to reproduce)
API Specification for v1.8.0 is not loading
Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
How to reproduce, in case of a bug:
Other Notes / Environment Information: (Please give the env information, log link or any useful information for this issue) Ubuntu 20.04
