How to "disable" screens?

With 3.0.0, screens is enabled by default. How can we disable this? I know, why would you use screens just to disable it? But libraries like React-Navigation require screens, even if not used, so we need a way to disable it.

Screens is great, but it may cause a bunch of issues to existing apps when enabled like this.
