Even if an action (Setup -> Objects -> -> Buttons, Links & Actions) is in the working folder, it is not pushed to the destination. Screenshots show a sandbox (where the action was added) and production (not added, though it was in the git repository used). Is this an API version issue or something else?

@jeremyhiggs It's most likely because the Quick Action metadata isn't configured. You can feel free to submit a PR to pull them down. Take a look at this commit to see how it's done. Otherwise, I'll try to get to it soonish.
