[Enhancement] Localize currency format

Thanks for this project. It is great looking and useful for me to track freelance projects. The hard work is appreciated.

The currency formatting seems to be European decimal formatted or what I've seen in France. In North America, it is nonsensical to understand since we use commas as thousands separators and periods as decimal notation.

Examples of one hundred dollars and fifty cents
Current: 100,50
North American standard (and other places): 100.50

Examples of two thousand three dollars and fifty cents
Current: 2.300,50
North American standard: 2,300.50

It would be great if eventually the currency formatting could be localized, either with a configuration setting, in-app preference, or detecting the browser location.
