Overhaul solr.cool website design

We want more interactive features on the solr.cool website and we need to update the technical foundations (Bootstrap). More details to come!

• Display author
• Sort packages by recency, type, author, popularity
• Show a package health indicator (last release, last change)
• ...

• I'm a big fan of 3rd wave media, they make gorgeous and high quality templates

• I stumbled across the Twitter OSS repository and it's kinda neat, built an Jekyll and should be adaptable.

We bought the 3rd wave media theme and I'm very happy to have @tkaessmann on board doing his CSS magic on the template. The first impressions look gorgeous :-)
