Line 207 in fcea745 I think downloading from raw.githubusercontent.com is often unreliable and is leading to some of the bug reports that we have seen recently. However, downloading an asset from Github Releases is safer as seen here Line 1186 in 2c5fd0e |

Today version 0.2.0 of geograpy3 is released which is a major improvement and change.
All lookup is now done against country,region and city datasets derived from wikidata.
