DragPic helps users upload pictures to desired Facebook pictures faster. It also allows users to create a new album and upload pictures at the same time.
After you login, you will see a list of your Facebook albums. To upload pictures, select an album, and drag as many pictures you want onto the site. Your pictures will be uploaded in timely manner. If you don't select any album and drag your pictures directly, you will be able to create a new Facebook album.
