To encourage peg stability with KGOLD, a fund of 10 Trillion TBCD is requested to account :

Any remaining TBCD will be used for KUSD peg stability.

The request is from Ceres tools community an the account is belong to me as community user,
I will sign that the account is public and the owner ships belongs to polkaswap Dex and Xor Holders, every transaction is shown in sora Blockchain, this wallet will be used for Polkaswap Kusd and KGOLD peg stability and ecosystem growth.
But from now kensetsu dapp must only use TBCD as locked collateral to mint any new KUSD or KGOLD into circulation.
I can provide ID and my house location to any agent from polkaswap ownership, if there's no owner, let the community decide to trust or not
