How to Set a Video Settings on This Plug-in Different from Main OBS Settings?

Hi,

I want to broadcast via two plattforms with different settings; YT 4k, TWITCH 1080p.
I have a 4070TI, so I can use two nvidia encoders to stream.
I decided YT 4k as a main OBS settings, and it was easy.(NVIDIA HEVC)
But I don't know how to set this plug-in.
Threre are three encoders that I don't know the proper one; NVENC H264(Fallback)/(JIM)/(FFMPEG).
I made a new scene for the 1080p streaming('scene2') on the scene list, and also resolution.
But it's still not working; Only YT streaming is possible.

Any tips, links, advices?

just as an example. I use one scene, everything else where the sources are is all thrown together.
