Here's the error:
Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error XDG0062 Unable to load file or assembly 'FluentWPF, Version=0.10.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Unable to find the specified file. Treble Toolkit E:\Treble Toolkit\Treble-Toolkit-Source-Code-master - Next\Treble Toolkit\HomeScreen.xaml 9

This doesn't happen in VS2019 and I suspect that it has to do with the newer x64 designer.
