chunk urlsketch downloads to avoid keeping entire file in memory

Currently, we download all data first, check md5sum if we have it, then sketch.

This is not an issue for small genomes, but may ultimately be an issue for very large files we could download? An alternative would be to sketch chunks as they download, to prevent storing the entire file in memory. Would need to modify md5sum checking.
