Provide some service testing examples for folks to use in wrapper cookbooks #247

Because this cookbook doesn't offer and service starting, it also doesn't have any serverspec examples for testing services. That makes it hard to sort out the service name to test in serverspec, for example. We'd do others a good turn by including some examples for testing the usage of this cookbook in wrappers.
