Implementation of Open Assistant

As it stands, Open Assistant is too hardware hungry and requires a GPU with a lot of RAM.
This would also make the bot very slow. As an alternative, NLP will be introduced gradually so that the bot can also run comfortably on a Raspberry Pi Zero.
