Вот суть из сс13:
Это антагонисты, спавняться без тк, их цель общими усилиями выполнить свои общие цели коммандной работой. Стать "Кровным братом" можно только в начале смены, если не найден подходящий игрок на роль брата, спавниться вспышка на подобии вспышки главы революции в рюкзаке у брата, она одноразовая и превратит любого человека без мщ в "Кровного брата".
По какой причине
Хорошое дополнение к антагонистам, заставит игроков играть в комманде.
