Create thumbnails for non-default types

Some vehicle types do not have thumbnails because they are alternate vehicles for a ride type.

The 2-across inverted trains do have a thumbnail in RCT1, their thumbnail was entirely replaced in LL when the B&M 4-across trains were introduced but here is the original thumbnail from the inverted coaster fandom page.

A lot of these non-default vehicle types can be found as prebuilts across several RCT1 scenarios, namely Megaworld Park, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, and Katie's Dreamland. In fact, Megaworld Park, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, and Alton Towers are where most of the RCT2 ride/stall thumbnails came from.

Also, @spacek531 you forgot to check off the Face-off Cars on the list (they have been available since #55 was merged)

Swan boats, canoes, and water trikes can probably be removed from the list as i think they'd be better suited for a future rct1 thumbnails asset pack project due to their vehicle sprites being identical between rct1 & rct2.
