New config parameters require new UI elements. This issues is also a catch-all for general UI tweaks.

Solr query for nearby (near to mouse click) fields is different when using a bbox field vs an rpt field.  Previously, code only supported bbox.  Added param for field type and rpt compatibile Solr query
