Currently the CATs API attempts to list the total number of holders (unique addresses that "own" the CAT).
Can an additional API call be added to list all of the addresses that "own" the CAT?

Example: https://api2.spacescan.io/v0.1/xch/cats?tail=78ad32a8c9ea70f27d73e9306fc467bab2a6b15b30289791e37ab6e8612212b1
Would yield all addresses which currently "own" the spacebux CAT
