feature request: L6480 version (external Mosfets)

Let's create an L6480 (instead of L6470 ) version.
They allow up to 82V and use external mosfests.
So we can choose our own maximum current.
That would allow the use with stronger steppers (e.g. in the base of a robotic arm, steppers for vehicle movement or CNC work).
