@freekmurze This aimed to add the new L11 stubs, but I see now you've added them. The only thing this does in addition, is it checks if we're on L11+ before publishing those stubs. Should we modify and merge this, or go ahead and close it? |

this adds the newly added stubs for Laravel 11 including
class,enum, and others.this also tests that they are only published on applications running Laravel 11 and higher.
