Ability to customize slugs #471

Hi, I realy need this slug be customized, thanks.
I want use like this:

$locale = app()->getLocale();
            $tag = Tag::firstOrCreate([
                "name" => [$locale=>$name],
                $slugs = [$locale=>$slug],
                'type' => 'ly',
            ]);
