Missing type search for taxonTreeDef on COT forms

Describe the bug
Unable to search using the taxonTreeDef qcbx by entering text. A tree can only be selected using the Search dialog or Query Builder.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the collectionObjectType form
2. Try to find a tree by typing in the Taxon Tree QCBX
3. See that there are no results

Expected behavior
The user should be able to select a tree by typing in the QCBX and using the dropdown list.
