404 error when trying to create taxonTreeDef view definition (jerusalem_with_changes_2_19) #6182

Describe the bug
Trying to create a taxonTreeDef view definition leads to an Error 404 page. Only occurs in production and specific to the jerusalem_with_changes_2_19 database.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to App Resources
Select a form definition or create a new one
Click on the Taxon Tree Definition table and click 'Create'
See error

Expected behavior
The view definition creation dialog should appear.
