Tectonic unit root node does not appear in parent QCBX

Describe the bug
The root node does not appear in the dropdown of the Parent query combo box when creating a new Tectonic Unit record.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Data Entry
2. Create a new Tectonic Unit record
3. Type in the Parent QCBX to search for the root node
4. See that the root node does not appear

Expected behavior
The root node should appear in the dropdown results.
