Release version 4.6

Version 4.6 has been released today. This is mainly a maintenance release with some bug fixes and most importantly a compatibility release for macOS 12 (Monterey).

• REST API: set number of runs.
• REST API: enhanced server verbosity.
• REST API: new route for direct publishing (send data and get PDF in one request).
• NewPage deprecation (use ClearPage instead).

• Easier calculation with lengths.
• Use new Go based XML parser.
