splinter/internal/source/splinter_lib
splinter/internal/source/splinter_exe
splinter/internal/third_party
splinter/public/include/splinter/splinter_lib
splinter/public/include/splinter/splinter_exe

Motivation was quick install:

cp -r splinter/public/include/ /usr/include/

And easy include path:

include <splinter/splinter_lib/headerfile.h>
