DT cuts off mirant wave, migrants stuck outside of map #331

During a migrant wave, when the first migrant entered the map, the announcement was "Some migrants have arrived" (not "A migrant has arrived", indicating that there is more of them). In this moment I had to reassign a job to an old fortress member. When I did that, DT re-read the memory, showed the new guy who has just entered the map and only one more, who has not yet entered the map (a wierdly low migrant wave, I had 22 fortress members and a soft population cap of 40). After unpausing the game, the new migrant was welcomed but the other one, visible in DT memory, never entered the map. He is shown in DT but does not appear in DF unit list. DF shows population of 23, DT shows population of 24. It looks like this migrant who cannot enter the map is blocking subsequent migrant waves, maybe even caravans. I had similar troubles in another fortress, could not find out why. I think this is causing it, refreshing the DT during a migrant wave (or during an incoming caravan). This is the savegame of it. Maybe this bug is caused be DFHack rather than Dwarf Therapist, I don't know.

This sounds a lot like a recurring issue I've seen on the DF bug tracker, although those tend to be with caravans as well. Did you save and reload your game in DF in the middle of the migrant wave?

Well, I have to add that at the time the migrant wave was incoming, the caravan was just in the process of leaving the map. I did not save and reload the game in the middle of the migrant wave. I did that once and it did cut off the migrant wave, it also bugs sieges. when I save in the moment when a siege enters the map, no more siegers will come and the siege tag will be stuck.
