My name is Abdallah Abis, I'm a self-thought web developer from Morocco, I started learning web development in late 2020, and since then I have worked on many open source projects, some of them are private but I gained experience from them to help improve the open source.
The only thing that's preventing me from investing more time on open source is that I have to work 60-100h a week to guarantee cover living so I don't find too much time for the open source, I'd use the sponsorship funds to reduce the number of hours I work for private companies and use that time to contribute to open source.
