Hi I'm Larry Gray.

I recently moved to Highland, Utah. It is weird to be one of the few African Americans here in this burgeoning tech center especially since I moved from Baltimore, Maryland. I am a Data Scientist but I am also on the faculty at both Georgetown University and Maryland Institute College of Art. I teach data science and data analytics. I refuse to let anyone call me Doctor Gray.

I find open source work to be very rewarding. I am a core contributor for Yellowbrick. Here is the Web Page. It is a pure python suite of visual analysis and diagnostic tools to facilitate machine learning model selection. I have worked on this project for 3 years. I am also on the board of directors.
