Web Player Not showing Text Cards

I'm having an issue with the Text Card not showing up while using the Web Player. The legend still shows up but the cards don't appear. I get the error message "Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: findElm is not defined" while looking at the developemnt tools menu on my web browser.

Do you think this is a Mod issue or more of an issue on my end with our server environment?

What version of Spotfire do you use? (Help > About TIBCO Spotfire)
What version of Mod do you use? (Visualization panel > Right click Text Card > View details).

Spotfire Version = 12.0.0 LTS (Text Cards show up while using Desktop Analyst)
Web Player = 12.0.0
Text Card Mod = Version 1.2 and API version = 1.0

Unfortunately we are not able to reproduce on our side. Would you be able to share a DXP?

Thanks for the help Arnaud. Attaching the DXP now along with some screenshots from both the desktop analyst version where the text cards are showing up as well as the web player where it's not showing up. However, the legend still shows up so I feel like the mod is working but something is just being blocked. Potentially by our VPN maybe but I'm not sure. Any help would be much appreciated.
