I appreciate all your efforts in curating scientific knowledge as open linked data! With the latest release, schema.org was adopted by SciGraph:
The SN SciGraph model follows the Schema.org specifications.
Meanwhile the sgo ontology is still referenced in the data. However it is not available for download.
