  • separate slave power source from car power source
  • put a much smaller fuse only for the slave power
  • unify cell measurement connector into a single one (4x2 molex)
  • unify ntc connector avoiding having many separate ones (one for the slave and one for the mcu maybe)
  • TXAMP selector is shorted to 5v instead of 3v3, but it can be attached to the mcu too
  • RISENSE1/2 are on fire (almost literally)
  • ugly jumpers and 0Ohm resistors can be substituded with jumper pads
  • use resistor and capacitor arrays instead of many little smds
  • for M95256, HOLD pin must be pulled up
  • put reistors in series with SPI and CAN signals (~20Ohm)
  • never short to GND or VDD, always put a pullup or pulldown resistor

Is the assumed hardware AEK-POW-BMSLV? If not, would you be willing to share the assumed hardware design so that I can study the code? Thanks!
