I have containerlabs running on an Ubuntu VM in Hyper-V. We have it set it VLAN 45 on the vSwitch and the physical Hyper-V server is connected to a physical switch that has a trunk interface allowing VLAN 45.
I am trying to expose the vJunos containers to an external management plane that would be accessible to devices on the physical switch that are on VLAN 45. I set up a bridge node and have all the vJunos containers connected to the bridge. I have the bridge set up to use the physical interface that is mapped to the vSwitch for VLAN 45.
If I try to ping the containers from an external server, I can see the ARP request come into the Ubuntu VM and I can see the ARP reply coming from the vJUnos container but I never see it exit the Ubuntu VM. I tried to see the ARP request on the physical Hyper-V server and on the external server and I never see that ARP reply leave the Ubuntu VM.
