Could not initialize DIAG interface, OnePlus 8 Pro

On my OnePlus 8 Pro running LineageOS 18.1 (Android 11), when I try to run a network test, I get the error message: "Network scan is not possible. REASON: Could not initialize DIAG interface."

The device has a Qualcomm chipset, is rooted, and the kernel has DIAG_CHAR and /dev/diag is present.

# ls -l /dev/diag
crw-rw---- 1 system vendor_qti_diag 506,   0 1971-02-11 03:05 /dev/diag

I have the same problem also on oneplus 8 pro. /dev/diag shows similar output like yours.

Same on OnePlus 8T running crDroid Android 11. Bummer.

EDIT: Not a OnePlus issue. The Network Analysis does not work on any of my Qualcomm devices. Same popup on all.

Docs do mention that it might not work with custom ROMs so not sure this is an actual issue.
