When launching a fuzzer that was already launched before, the amount of files in corpus will double (or almost double).

This is probably a corpus-syncing bug in ziggy.

To reproduce, launch the url fuzzer repeatedly for a minute or two and monitor the amount of files in output/url-fuzz/corpus.
