A new got_mcf tool is added for processing media consent forms.
Various fixes for the inventory tooling:
- Invalid files are immediately detected, which should catch accidental renames of asset groups (such as Really Useful Boxes) much sooner.
- Invalid asset ids are more gracefully handled when encountered, with the error message including the offending id.
- Invalid asset ids will now be caught by inv-validate.
- inv-mv will now warn (rather than erroring) when asked to move an asset to its current location.
- inv-set-attr will now work on asset groups.
- The cond filter to inv-query will now work on Python 3.
More recent Python versions are now tested against.
