Unable to open the HSS database on the local host

I had exactly replicated the steps provided in the documentation and installed the srsRAN_Project. When I try to open the HSS database, the webpage does not load. I have looked at the logs and have pasted them below. Also I have noticed after running
cmake ../ , in the logs, I can see SCTP module is not found.

PC specs:
RAM: 16GB
AMD Ryzen 5 4600H@3Ghz, 6 cores with radeon graphics
Nvidia 1660Ti
Dual boot: windows, ubuntu 22.04

After the docker is started, you should be able to open the Open5GS web-based control panel at http://localhost:3000/
There you can modify the HSS.
