O-RAN NearRT-RIC E2SM-RC question

Hi srsRAN team,

Thank you for your effort in developing an open-source RAN stack and for all the detailed examples and tutorials.

I successfully ran the gNB and attached a UE (Samsung S23 Ultra). Now I'm trying to use NearRT-RIC E2SM-RC.

I have a question regarding NearRT-RIC E2SM-RC. It is written that the current E2 interface implementation supports only E2SM_RC Control Service Style 2 which is(from O-RAN specification document):
"Style Name: Radio resource allocation control
Description: Used to modify the configuration the Radio Resource Allocation control related parameters and/or behaviours at the E2 Node for a specific E2 Node, cell, slice, UE and/or QoS
Belongs to Fundamental level CONTROL Services."

If I understood this correctly, can I use this service model to control the assignment of PRB for specific UE? (I want to allocate 70% of PRB to one UE and the rest to the other UE's that are connected to the network)
