Controls don't work for n64 roms #13

I've got a keyboard, mouse, and xbox 360 controller connected to my Pi, but none of these input devices seem to work once i've loaded an N64 rom.

I then have to ctrl+alt+del to get the Pi to restart in order to restore the input devices :/

I've looked at the config files, but can't seem to figure out what's causing it.
