I'm getting error and I am not sure what it means. I have read several posts on the issue but have not found a forum article that explained a fix.

More specifics on when the error occurs. I think it is maybe a .ts file not configured correctly?

The error says that you do not have a MySQL database running on localhost:3306. Once you start a MySQL server, this should be okay.

Regardless, you should be using the staart/api repository, master branch, not this one.
