Describe the bug

Working on demoing a bug for another project, but getting Upgrade Required

Steps to reproduce

Go to blitz url
Page renders "Upgrade Required"

Expected behavior

Should properly load application.

Parity with Local

I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
